For the second week in a row I have really enjoyed RAW. I wont be reviewing the whole show but just the main points of interest again.
I thought the show started well with Kane doing a promo. He delivered the promo very well and when Cena came down to fight him the fight was very good. I enjoy watching the fights backstage and I thought this one in particular was done well to push Kane forward as the monster.
The Chris Jerhico segment when he came down to the ring and done exactly what he did last week, which was run round the ring and get the crowd going, then walk away without saying a word. This time however Jerhico got emotional and walked out crying saying ''thank you'' to the fans cheering his name. I think this segment was very well done because it keeps many options open for what Jerhico will do now that he is back. I would love to see him come back as a heal by ''dissing'' the crowd, however i guess we will have to wait and see. Jerhico as a heal was one of the greatest of all time when he was fueding with The Rock, in my opinion.
The hall of fame inductions included Edge and The Four Horsemen. I am very happy at Edge getting inducted in his first year after he retired through injury, he was a great wrestler and fully deserves his place in the HOF. As for The Four Horsemen, I haven't seen a lot of them due the them being from a different generation, but i am sure they deserve their place.
The fued with The Miz and R-Truth is entertaining. The Miz forced Ricardo Rodriguez to go out to the ring and insult R-Truth. Rodriguez insulted R-Truths mother and when R-Truth came out I thought his reaction was hilarious. I really like R-Truth and think he is under-rated. With the Royal Rumble soon I would love to see Miz v R-Truth on the card.
Now i thought the Brodus Clay debut was ridiculous. Brodus is known as a monster type of wrestler and he returned wearing funky clothes dancing about the ring with two girls next to him. I really don't think this will be good for his career and it is boring to watch (except the two girls :P)
I thought overall the show was entertaining and done well to carry-on from last weeks show. The Kane Cena and Ryder fued is becoming more interesting every week and I look forward to next weeks RAW to see what happens next.
The four horseman, forgot all of about them. There were many renditions of them over the years. And yeah edge deserves it too. Posting in the comments that is weird it would make you do that..haha
When I posted in the blog the text was invisible and had to be highlighted to see it for some strange reason, but it worked when I tried it in the comments
Ah this brings back the good memories of watching wrestling when I was younger, the last time I seen it was during the 90's rock era! haha will maybe check it out for nostalgia! Cheers for the blog man!
